We currently have 6 Certified Producers at the Market! You can expect to find fresh fruits and veggies, ground beef, plant starts, and more! Here is a list of the following producers at the market:

We also have 6 prepared food vendors. From bread and baked goods, to tacos and BBQ there is a variety of options. Here is the current list of prepared food vendors:

Music & Activities

There is live music and a variety of activities at the Downtown Farmers Market. Power of Produce (POP) Club and Seamless Summer Meals are two programs designed for kids to have better access and connection to fresh local foods.

The Power of Produce (POP) Club provides a fun opportunity for children to engage in the local food system through conversations directly with farmers, educational games and demonstrations, and exposure to new fruits and vegetables. In addition to participating in educational activities, POP Club kids receive vouchers to spend on fruits and veggies at the market, allowing them to make their own shopping decisions at the market.

Pickup free breakfast and lunch for all children and youth 18 and under through the Del Norte Unified School District.

We offer EBT at the market. EBT can be used to purchase produce, eggs, meat, baked goods, honey, jams & plants. EBT cannot be used for hot prepared foods.
Parents whose children receive Summer Sun Bucks can also use Market Match to double their Sun Bucks credit.
Market Match is a healthy food incentive program that matches federal benefits dollar-for-dollar. When you swipe your EBT card at the market, the program gives you up to $20 free matching tokens to spend exclusively on fresh fruits, vegetables and food plant starts. Spend $20 with EBT and you get $20 more!
Parents whose children receive Summer Sun Bucks can also use Market Match to double their Sun Bucks credit.
Open Door Prescription Food Vouchers can be doubled for free at the market. Simply visit the Market Manager Booth to double your voucher values. These can be used to buy fruits and vegetables only.
Use your California WIC Card to buy fresh produce from local farmers. Visit the Market Manager Booth to learn how to make your WIC dollars last longer utilizing our matching program.
Children will receive POP Bucks for trying new foods & meeting the farmers that grew them at the market. This program started June 17, 11AM - 1PM and will continue every Wednesday through August 12th. Visit the Market Manager Booth for more information.
