CA Food Policy Council (CAFPC)

The California Food Policy Council (CAFPC) is a coalition of food policy councils and similar organizations from around the state who work together on state, regional and local policy and collaborate on issues common to the regions they comprise, sharing best practices to promote food system change, improve the effectiveness of local councils and strengthen the interaction among them.

CA Food & Farming Network (CFFN)

The California Food and Farming Network is building a movement centered on racial equity to transform the food and farming system through state policies. 

CFFN envisions an inclusive, equitable, and ecologically regenerative food and farming system that has recognized and repaired injustices to Black, Indigenous and people of color workers, producers and communities, and which generates healthy, affordable, accessible, nutritious and culturally appropriate food and other agricultural products.

Humboldt Community Organizations Active in Disaster (COAD, a 501c3 nonprofit) develops and enhances partnerships for communication, coordination and collaboration within our whole community, including businesses, tribes, non-profit and faith-based organizations, and government agencies, before and throughout a disaster, including prevention, mitigation, protection, preparedness, response & recovery.
