
The Del Norte Harvest Box
The Del Norte Harvest Box is a Multi-Producer CSA Subscription Program. When you subscribe, you'll receive local, seasonal, and fresh produce on the 1st & 3rd Thursdays of each month automatically until you pause or cancel your subscription.

What To Expect
4-6 seasonal, local produce items
Produce may include lettuce varieties, leafy greens, root vegetables, fruits, herbs, and specialty items (quinoa, beans, & jams)

Payments: A credit card is required to sign up.
EBT: Boxes purchased with EBT must be picked up in person. Delivery is not an option when paying with EBT.
EBT No-Show: If you are purchasing a Harvest Box with EBT and do not pick up and pay for your box, after the second time your Harvest Box account may be suspended until EBT can be processed online.

Subscription pauses and must be submitted by the THURSDAY BEFORE the next distribution date. See the distribution calendar here.
Pause Subscription: Once you sign up for a Harvest Box subscription, you will automatically receive a Harvest Box on the 1st & 3rd Thursday of each month. If you have a credit card on file, your card will automatically be charged one week before your box is packed & ready for delivery or pickup.
In the event you will be out of town or need to pause your subscription for any reason, email erica@dnatlfoodcouncil.org ASAP.

Cancel Subscription:
On dnatlfoodcouncil.org, click Account from the top right menu.
Enter email and password.
Select Account Settings.
Select Subscriptions.
Select Active
Subscription.
Select Cancel Subscription.
In the event that a cancellation and/or subscription pause is not requested the Thursday before the next distribution date, your box will be delivered or ready for pickup, and the credit card on file will be charged.

If you believe you deserve a credit for poor quality, damaged, or missing product, please email Erica Tarens, erica@dnatlfoodcouncil.org. We will evaluate cases individually. Be sure to include what day/time you picked up the produce, how it was stored, and pictures. We want to share the best quality local products as possible, so your feedback helps us improve our systems and catch issues early on.

If Picking Up: Return your previous bag when picking up the current box.
If Using Delivery: A big black tote labeled HARVEST BOX BAG RETURN is located in the lobby of the Family Resource Center. You may drop off your bag at any time during business hours.

Subscription members who do not pick up their box will be contacted by DNATL CFC. In the event of a no-show / no-contact scenario, the Harvest Box will be donated to the Crescent City Food Pantry. Members’ credit card on file will be charged.
Customers who exceed two (2) no-show / no-contact scenarios may be subject to account termination.

Once you subscribe to a Box and/or Add-On, you will receive your box & be automatically charged 2x monthly, unless you pause or cancel your subscription.

The Harvest Box accepts SNAP/EBT payments.
Additionally, DNATL CFC is partnering with Community Systems Solutions to provide a sponsorship program to low-income individuals & families. Read the sponsorship program policies by clicking here.
